Web Hosting inactive & Old Accounts Deleted

In order to maintain our clients list perfectly, we have started cleaning up all the Web Hosting accounts which are inactive and those accounts which have a pending payment and have never paid those funds. In order to maintain database consistancy when removing a user, any and ALL user records contained within the system will be deleted. This includes all invoices (open and closed) all domain and hosting records, all history and any other records tied to the username. This is a permanent action, and cannot be reversed.

If you want to continue with your hosting accounts please make sure you pay your invoices on time and enjoy our web hosting services.

Scheduled Server Reboot Every Month

In order to make sure our servers are always up and we dont have any backend problems, we restart our servers once in a month manually. There is no specific reasons behind it because unlike other web hosting companies our hosting servers are not regularly restarted/down.

We load balance all our servers and try to make sure that all the sites are always loading super fast. If the servers are on high load , your websites load very slowly and our tech team keeps monitoring all the incoming traffic and website’s scripts and data.
