CPU Limits for Shared Users
Recently many of our hosting users enquired with us regarding their account suspensions and we emailed them back with a message of ‘CPU Limits’. The answer to this is that as a user you cannot find the CPU Limits of your website but our support team which continiously monitor’s the server can find these stuff. You can send us a ticket if your account is suspended and we will update you with the reason for the same.
The reason for these CPU high limits can be many ranging from high MYSQL queries which you can reduce by removing the old files from your database tables and optimizing your databases. If there are a number of customers who have the same amount of high load then the server can slow down and even restart creating a problem for all the users. Poorly coded .php scripts may lead to extended processing times. Try using static .html documents instead of .php scripts; doing so will practically eliminate CPU Quota Suspension/Errors.
You have taken a shared/reseller hosting account where you are sharing the server resources with other users, hence its essential to keep limits for each account in order to make sure that the servers are working perfectly and no users see a downtime. Contacting through contact page is different from the Ticket Support is different because the later one is immediately replied by our dedicated support team.
