We always recommend all our clients to regularly change their Ftp/Cpanel password because its always important to do this in order to secure your important content.
There are many chances that hackers may hack your important data hosted on your website and in rare case you may lose the data, so the best option would be to have a secured password. Normally a Alpha-Numeric combination password is recommended because if you use passwords like ‘abcdef, zxcvbn, 123456′ etc hackers can get access to your ftp using some hacking scripts and you would be the sufferer. Another recommendation would be to take a regular backup of your data, because even though we take regular backup of your data, there are some minute chances that the Hard disk drive may get crashed and you wont be able to recover the data.
Its always better to take precaution and make sure you are always on safe side in order to save your time, money and resources.
